Brad Marckx named partner at TravisWolff

Brad Marckx has been named partner at Dallas-based accounting firm TravisWolff. Marckx serves as a tax partner in TravisWolff's Enterprise Group, which focuses on mature businesses with formal and established financial processes, multiple investors and professional management.
Marckx began his career with TravisWolff in 1998 as a senior tax accountant. During his tenure with TravisWolff, Marckx has worked on a variety of the firm's largest clients and has developed a concentration in the real estate, manufacturing, construction, professional services and oil and gas industries. In addition, Marckx deals extensively in FAS 109 (accounting for income taxes) and FIN 48 (accounting for uncertainty in income taxes).
After obtaining his Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Oklahoma State University, Marckx earned his Masters of Taxation from the University of Denver's Graduate Tax Program. Marckx is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Dallas Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
