DALLAS - Jerri Hammer has joined Travis Wolff, independent advisors and accountants, as the Firm's senior manager in the Individuals Group, where she will focus on estate planning, trusts and tax compliance. Travis Wolff's Individuals Group works with successful clients on a variety of complex wealth preservation and transfer issues.

Hammer holds a law degree from the University of Texas and practiced law for 10 years prior to obtaining her CPA license and moving full time to the accounting profession. Hammer's practice focuses primarily in the areas of estate planning and tax compliance, including federal and state; trust taxation and administration; all facets of not-for-profit entities, including tax compliance.

Prior to joining Travis Wolff, Hammer worked for Dallas-based Lane Gorman Trubitt. She is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs, AICPA, State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association and Fifth Circuit Bar Association. She also chairs the Planned Giving Committee of the Arthritis Foundation.
Hammer earned her undergraduate degree in English and a master's in accounting, both from the University of Texas.
