To preserve and enhance this unique culture, we now have integrated initiatives to address Career Pathing, Incentive Compensation, Personal Skills training, and a Uniform Business Development Methodology. It may seem like a lot to absorb, but it makes for a very dynamic work environment.

And, we offer a relationship focused on mutual success and trust. TravisWolff is committed to remaining completely independent in all transactions. We don’t accept commission fees from companies that want us to refer our clients to them. When we refer clients to another company, it is because we truly believe it is the best resource for them—not because we gain financially.

Our clients are located primarily in the Dallas/Fort Worth market and Texas. Along with their subsidiaries, they operate companies and manufacturing facilities throughout the country and off-shore. Our membership with the Moore Stephens International Association of accounting firms extends TravisWolff’s services to the global market. The Dallas Business Journal ranks TravisWolff No. 7 in size among D-FW area accounting firms—up from No. 12 in 2006.

Key to success is our people. TravisWolff employs approximately 120 professional, technical and support personnel, sharing common methods and tools and adherence to a single abiding principle: service to our clients.
