Angie Stewart Moss

Professional Experience
With more than 15 years experience providing assurance and consulting for both public and private companies, Angie assists clients in identifying, assessing and resolving business challenges. Working closely with SEC clients, she advises those clients on PCAOB audits; cutting costs related to SOX 404 compliance; internal controls, including reviews of document systems; procedures addressing risk and information systems/technology; management assessment and stock option reviews/dating. Angie has extensive experience in financial services, technology, manufacturing, distribution, and real estate and has also worked closely with clients in investment partnerships, mortgage banking and broker dealer arrangements.
Education
Angie received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1989, graduating with highest honors.
