Professional Experience
With more than 13 years of experience in tax and business planning, Brad understands the issues facing established and mature enterprises, both private and public. A tax partner in the Enterprise Group, Brad creates value for his clients with business advice on how to maximize their tax strategies in support of their short- and long-range business objectives. Armed with a Master’s Degree in Taxation, he works with management to navigate complex tax issues, including entity selection, compliance issues and merger and acquisition planning in partnerships and corporations. Brad incorporates his extensive experience and intimate knowledge of tax legislation into his clients’ business planning process. He has advised clients in a number of industries, including real estate, oil and gas, manufacturing, professional services, construction and retail. His areas of concentration include tax planning and compliance for closely held businesses, FAS 109 (accounting for income taxes), FIN 48 (uncertainty in income taxes), strategic plans and forecasts and state and local taxation matters.
Education
Brad received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1993 and a Master of Taxation degree from the University of Denver Graduate Tax Program in 1995.
