Professional Experience
Well-versed in the complicated aspects of running a business and planning for its future, Geoff has significant experience that allows him to guide business owners regarding the unique challenges they face. Serving clients with annual revenues that scale up to $125 million, he works with owners of closely held C Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships and LLCs, while he focuses on industries such as construction, real estate, wholesale distributors, home builders and technical services. Geoff has experience in tax planning, compliance and employee business expense issues, and is an author of articles on employer benefit plans and year-end planning strategies.
Education
Geoff received a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va, in 1980 and a Bachelor of Science degree from Upsala College, East Orange, N.J., in May, 1989.
