Professional Experience
Janet works with individuals and closely-held corporations to minimize tax burdens and plan for the future. She provides business tax planning, analysis, compliance and consulting for oil and gas companies, as well as companies in other industry sectors with closely-held ownership structures. She has extensive experience in dealing with tax and compliance issues as companies move through their business life cycle.
Education
Janet received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida in 1964 and a Master of Science degree from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1979.
