Professional Experience
With more than 35 years of experience in public accounting, Mike offers a personalized approach to clients’ assurance needs in the manufacturing, distribution, services, technology and non-profit industries. Using his extensive knowledge of financial reporting, accounting controls and due diligence, Mike develops proactive, innovative solutions for his clients' critical business challenges, whether those involve the fluctuating economy or keeping up with the pace of technological advancements. His areas of concentration include audit, employee benefit plans, internal control reviews, business consulting and mergers and acquisitions.
Education
Mike received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1968.
