Professional Experience
With over 24 years of experience Michael focuses his extensive experience on helping clients meet and exceed their assurance requirements by providing audits or reviews of financial statements. Working with clients to develop internal control systems, fraud analysis and prevention, business plans, budgets and forecasts, Michael also consults on general business matters such as cash flow analysis, inventory maximization and other performance-enhancing strategies. His industry concentrations include healthcare and long-term care providers; construction contractors; oil and gas entities; not-for-profit organizations; manufacturing; litigation support; high-tech assembly and distribution; environmental disposal and reclamation and real estate developers.
Education
Michael received two degrees from Texas Tech University, a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management in 1979 and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting in 1983. He received a Master of Business Administration degree from North Texas State University in 1980.
