Professional Experience
Richard brings wide-ranging experiences from over 26 years in public accounting. He works with mature businesses with assets ranging from $40 million to $4.5 billion and his background encompasses a high degree of concentration in assurance services. He has experience in number of industries, including real estate (REITs, MLPs, REMICs), oil and gas exploration, gas marketing and transmission, not-for-profits, financial services, software and high tech, manufacturing and wholesale distribution and consulting. Appointed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants to the American Arbitration Association (AAA), Richard serves as an arbitrator in accounting malpractice and business dispute matters with not only AAA, but also the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution. He is a member of the TravisWolff Executive Management Committee.
Education
Richard received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Florida State University in 1980.
