Professional Experience
Bill works with both individual and corporate clients on federal income tax issues, business valuation matters and litigation support. A professional business valuator with more than 20 years of experience, he assists clients with valuations of closely held stock and partnership interests. Bill also holds a law degree and is a certified mediator, allowing him to offer clients alternatives to litigation through mediation. Areas of concentration include general tax compliance for individuals and corporations, business valuations for income, estate and gift tax purposes; ESOPs; divorce proceedings; buy/sell agreements; transactions and shareholder disputes; medical groups and physician practices – formation, operation, and dissolution; professionals and professional service firms and litigation support services, including analysis of economic damages and lost profit calculations.

Education
Bill holds three degrees from Tulane University: Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1978, Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance in 1979 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) in 1982. He has earned numerous professional accreditations and certifications. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas; a licensed attorney (inactive status) in Texas; Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; an Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers; Certified Business Appraiser of the Institute of Business Appraisers; and certified in Mediation Skills by the American Arbitration Association.
