Interview Information
The goal of the TravisWolff interview is to identify qualified applicants who fit with our Firm’s values and culture. TravisWolff conducts behavior-based interviews to assess key traits we have identified as essential to high achievement with the Firm. During these interviews, applicants are asked questions about past experiences related to the above-mentioned traits. The candidate is expected to effectively answer the questions by providing specific examples from his/her own past.
