Interview Information
The goal of the TravisWolff interview is to identify qualified applicants who fit with our Firm’s values and culture. TravisWolff conducts behavior-based interviews to assess key traits we have identified as essential to high achievement with the Firm. During these interviews, applicants are asked questions about past experiences related to the above-mentioned traits. The candidate is expected to effectively answer the questions by providing specific examples from his/her own past.

Here are some helpful hints on how to make your interview successful:
 

• Give your response using the S.A.R. technique: First, talk about a specific SITUATION from your past that you can relate to the question. Next, discuss the ACTION you took to work toward your desired outcome. Finally, finish your answer by talking about the RESULT of your action.
• If you need some time to consider the question in order to come up with a response, ask for it.
