Flexible Spending Accounts
To defray health and dependent care expenses, we offer health care and dependent care spending accounts. From contact lenses to medical and prescription co-payments, a health spending account allows you to pay for out-of-pocket medical expenses with pre-tax dollars. Similarly, the tax benefits of a dependent care flex spending account greatly exceed the allowed dependent care tax credit for most employees.

Retirement Benefits
It's never too early to start saving. Eligible employees who participate in our 401K savings plan can defer a portion of their income for retirement purposes. Once enrolled in the plan, TravisWolff matches 50 percent of the first six percent deferred. The plan also allows participants to borrow against their vested balance, providing access to a low-interest loan when needed.

Paid Time Off
From the first day of employment, you begin accruing a minimum of 15 days of paid time off (PTO) per calendar year to cover vacation, illness and other personal time. Additional time is accrued based on your position level and years of service.

Paid Holidays
In addition to paid time off, you receive 10 paid holidays per calendar year.

Educational Reimbursement
Our Educational Reimbursement Program supports employees who want to advance their careers through professional education. You can use this program to complete your degree or enhance your professional development through CPE courses.
