We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Audit Staff
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, -Concentration or
class selection within Audit.
- 1-2 years of experience in Financial Auditing or
Intern work in Audit with a Public Accounting firm.
- Working towards or currently eligible to sit for CPA
exam.
Audit Senior
- Bachelor’s
degree in accounting, -Concentration or class selection within Audit.
- CPA a Plus or actively preparing to pass CPA
examination.
- 2-4
years of experience in Financial Audit in a public accounting firm.
- Field engagements involving audits, the rendering
of business advisory services and assist in accounting research projects.
- Lead accounting and auditing procedures assigned.
- Prepare work papers.
- Document and evaluate client's internal control
over financial accounting.
- Mentor and supervise less experienced staff.
Audit Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA licensure with
5+ years Audit experience in Public Accounting (CPA Firms).
- Experience
in working with Oil and Gas clients or a variety of companies, in various
industries.
- Excellent
communications skills.
- Lead accounting and auditing procedures assigned.
- Field engagements involving audits, the rendering
of business advisory services and assist in accounting research projects.
IT Audit Senior
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, MIS,
Business Management, or another relevant field
- Minimum of three to six years IT/audit
experience at least 3 years with a public accounting firm
- CISA/CIA/CISM certification or CPA is preferred.
- Experience with COBIT framework
- Strong knowledge of computer system platforms,
terminology, and technology.
Tax Manager
- BS/BA
in Accounting; Masters in Taxation. CPA required with 5+ years experience
in public accounting or tax compliance
- heavy
focus on Oil and Gas or investment partnerships and corporations
- perform
the manager review of complex tax returns (including Forms 1065, 1120,
1120-F, and 5471)
- help to mentor and guide staff and seniors
