With more than 18 years of experience providing assurance and consulting for both public and private companies, Angie assists clients in identifying, assessing, and resolving business challenges. Working closely with SEC clients, she advises them on:
- SEC reporting compliance
- identifying efficiencies for SOX 404 compliance
- internal controls, including reviews of document systems
- procedures addressing risk and information systems/technology
- management assessment
- stock option reviews/dating
Angie has significant experience with SAS 70 and employee benefit plan audits, and she has worked closely with clients in investment partnerships and mortgage banking, as well as broker-dealers. Her industry experience includes financial services, manufacturing and distribution, non-profit, real estate, and technology.
