Ed has more than 30 years of diversified tax experience, including consulting, receiverships involving shareholder disputes, securities and insurance fraud, and bankruptcy. He has worked with both large and small businesses, individuals, estates, and trusts in a range of industries.

Ed was formerly the partner-in-charge of the tax department at Deloitte Haskins & Sells in San Antonio.
