George is a tax partner in the Entrepreneurs Group with more than 40 years of experience assisting small and closely held businesses and their owners. George’s focus includes structuring businesses for estate planning, bankruptcy matters, buy-sell agreements and asset financing, as well as advising business owners and individuals on issues related to income and estate tax planning and compliance.

George’s experience encompasses many industries, including manufacturing, professional services, real estate, and retail. A fluent Spanish speaker who lived in Mexico for 10 years, George provides business advisory and consulting services to successful entrepreneurial companies in Latin America, while working directly with the primary contacts at the Moore Stephens offices in Mexico. George has extensive experience dealing successfully with the IRS.
