Harold brings broad management experience from a Fortune 1000 company. In his capacity as managing partner, he works with the TravisWolff partner group on Firm strategy and growth initiatives, delivery of client services, and the management of operations. Harold’s direct responsibilities include oversight of the financial, human resource, technological, facilities, and sales and marketing aspects of the Firm.
Prior to joining TravisWolff, Harold served in a variety of senior executive capacities with Belo Corp., one of the nation’s largest media companies with a diversified group of market-leading television, newspaper, cable, and interactive media assets. The areas he served included sales and marketing, financial and investor relations, corporate communications, product development, public affairs, and public relations. He is experienced in highly competitive business environments, start-up operations, acquisition and growth strategies at the corporate level, and organizational development and change.
While his primary focus is managing the business of the Firm, Harold is available to advise clients on an as-needed basis in the areas of sales force management, compensation programs and strategies, market potential analysis, revenue, governance and decision making, building consensus, budget analysis and planning, and organizational structure.
