John has more than 13 years of combined experience at TravisWolff and two Big 4 firms, where he provided audit and related services to public and nonpublic domestic and international clients. John has an additional six years of industry experience in the audit and product management practices of Nissan and Verizon. His specific project experience includes serving as an advisor to clients regarding financial, accounting, and business matters, as well as assisting clients with acquisitions and divestitures.
John has extensive experience in all phases of SEC reporting, from S-1 and S-4 filings and initial public offerings to reviews of reports filed on forms 10-K, 8-K, and 10-Q. He has also worked with clients to evaluate and improve internal controls, as well as assist with the adoption of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and due diligence comfort letters.
