Marianne has more than 14 years of public accounting experience, including nine years as an auditor at a Big 4 firm. Well-versed in ERISA and Department of Labor (DOL) reporting requirements, Marianne’s practice focuses on employee benefit plan audits for plan sizes ranging from $300,000 to more than $100 million. Marianne also has extensive experience with 11-K filings for public companies.
In addition to employee benefit plan audits, Marianne is well-versed in addressing current reporting and business issues for real estate and financial services companies regarding issues related to credit markets, cash flow, and cost reductions.
Marianne’s diversity of experience, including 13 years in corporate accounting, gives her insight into her clients’ business environment, operations, and complex legal structures. She is very adept at working with cross-functional, multi-location teams to achieve efficiencies, meet organizational priorities, and customize audit objectives.
