Perry knows the challenges business owners face, having spent 15 years in his own thriving firm, and now serving on TravisWolff’s management committee. Understanding the client’s perspective is the cornerstone of his practice. Perry works most frequently with clients having annual revenues ranging from $5 to $50 million. His significant tax planning experience working with closely held businesses, their owners, and families has proved highly valuable to his clients.
Perry’s areas of concentration include tax planning and compliance; business, financial and tax implications of mergers and acquisitions; cost segregation; business entity and growth planning; and succession planning. Active in professional associations, Perry currently serves on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' Tax Practice Improvement Committee.
