Vance is an assurance partner with more than 24 years of experience in leading and coordinating audits of companies ranging from those with complex international operations to start-up ventures working through initial public offerings. Vance also advises companies with issues related to operations, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, internal controls, revenue recognition, business combinations, and share-based compensation.

Vance has been a leader in building and managing teams, organizing and managing projects spanning multiple locations, and effectively communicating with senior management and boards of directors. Prior to joining TravisWolff, Vance spent 22 years with a Big 4 firm where he served in the Los Angeles, Seattle, Austin, and Dallas offices. Most recently, he was a lead partner for the firm’s Dallas Information and Communications audit group.
